Course description
An internationally recognised standard written by the Food Industry for the Food Industry. This standard aims to harmonise the requirements for food safety management throughout the food supply chain. This five-day course will enable you to interpret the requirements of this food safety management system standard in order that you can implement the requirements when you return to your organization. This course will also give you the skills and techniques to measure the effectiveness of your food safety management system through audit.
Who should attend?
Delegates shall have prior knowledge of food safety management systems standards, auditing and knowledge of HACCP principles, including an understanding of relevant food safety legislation, prerequisite programmes and Good Practice guidelines for their specific industry.
